Purpose to Path is a 3-week fast-track program that introduces young adults (18–24) to the electrical trade without the cost or long commitment of traditional education.

In just 3 weeks, students build hands-on skills, gain real job exposure, and develop the confidence to move into apprenticeships or entry-level work. 

Orlando is the starting point because of its strong demand for skilled electricians and steady construction growth, paired with a large group of young adults who need a clear path forward.
