Purpose to Path is a 3-week fast-track program in Electrical Basics that introduces young adults (18–24) to the trades without the cost or long commitment of traditional education.
In just 3 weeks, students build hands-on skills, gain real job exposure, and develop the confidence to move into apprenticeships or entry-level work.
Central Florida is the starting point because of its strong demand for skilled tradesmen and women, steady construction growth, and a large group of young adults who need a clear path forward.
